I don’t really don’t know what to do with the ISUZU. The battery keeps draining, the front end had damage and I have the hood wired down, the clutch is 50/50 every time I drive it. As you can see I trust it enough to not drive it since thanksgiving. Sad Isuzu is sad. If I sold it maybe $500? I’m thinking I may just do this.

As it currently sits

Last winter same situation, slightly less snow.

I’d rather give it away than junk it.

Battery drains are a pain, but pretty straightforward to diagnose. Easiest way (IMO) is to use/buy/borrow/steal a decent multi-meter and measure the mA through each fuse with the car off.

More time consuming but straightforward is to pull all the fuses (remembering to document them!) and put them back one by one until the problem re-surfaces. Also make sure the battery and alternator are OK by having them tested.

If the clutch is being weird, first step would be to bleed it and check for leaks. Might just be a simple case of air getting into the hydraulics?

Hood damage is hood damage... not much to say there. I guess keep an eye out for one in a local junkyard and/or look on car-part.com?

I think the Isuzalgoo is a great AirBNB rental, you should just dig to the back toss a bed in it and start renting....looks Ski in Ski out to me.

Seriously though...that looks like it’s in great shape. Does it run well? What’s the issue with the clutch?

Clutch is just worn out, the front is pushed in about 3" and the rust underneath is so bad you are cutting any suspension bit with a saws all.

The rust is really that bad? The body looks so clean

The body is very clean, the rust is all on the suspension components and ladder frame. It is not terminal and I was in the process of restoring the truck to OEM condition when I had the accident. After the accident I didn’t see the point since it now needs the front end pulled back into shape, a fender, marker light, grill and hood.
